The Role of the Hispanic Vote

The Hispanic vote has become an increasingly more important factor in presidential elections over the years. The League of United Latin American Citizens therefore works to encourage hispanic voters to turn out when voting time comes. Generally the Democratic party tends to have the better outlook in terms of captivating the latino vote, partially due to their stance on immigration, but this gentleman reminds us that Bush actually won 40% of their vote in his last election so by no means can either party afford to get too comfortable with their campaigning  strategies for latino votes just yet.
