Homelessness in the '80s and the Need for a Stronger Third Party

In this video the speaker brings up the "crime against humanity" that the two-party system has helped foster in our country against homeless peoples. The solution, she says, is to put together a new multi-racial, black lead third party which focuses on irradicating the issue of homelessness in America.
